"With COVID -19 causing huge problems worldwide and my husband stuck in lockdown in the UK, Stephen Comino & Arthur Comino Solicitors were fully aware of the legal implications of this.
On the day of settlement of our property, the buyers bank refused to accept the documentation signed from outside of Australia. Chantelle rang and reassured my husband and I that everything had been done in accordance with the governments new regulations on this issue and that we had nothing to worry about.
The settlement was rescheduled for the following day and although the bank objected again, Chantelle and our solicitor were 100% correct and the signed documents were accepted.

"Stephen Comino and Arthur Comino Solicitors undertook the conveyancing of my property and managed the entire process with commitment and personal dedication. I appreciated the support and professional approach provided throughout the entire process and endeavour by the conveyancing manager under difficult circumstances to realise and conclude the final settlement of the property. My personal circumstances did not allow me to be in Australia during the conveyancing period relying on Stephen Comino and Arthur Comino Solicitors to manage the entire process. Attested documents prepared in India were turned down by the financing entity in Australia on the day of settlement and despite the best efforts of my conveyancing manager to obtain a second opinion from the titles office on the day, were not accepted by the bank, resulting in default of contract.
