Legal Matters
The current fees are listed below. Please be aware while every effort is made to keep our fees information current, fee changes may occur which are not listed, but any changes will be notified at the time of engagement.
- A simple Will - $300.00 per person plus GST
- A simple Enduring Power of Attorney - $200.00 per person plus GST
- A Binding Death Nomination with a Retail Super Fund - $125 plus GST
- Standard House or Unit Sale (receiving the Contract signed) - fees $650 plus GST plus any outlays.
- Standard House or Unit Purchase (receiving the Contract signed) - fees $875 plus GST plus outlays (outlays to be undertaken to be confirmed by client at the time of instructions and fees will vary from Council to Council).
- If any non-standard work is required in any of the above matters, it would be charged for on an items basis, details of which would be provided.
- In all other matters a quote can be provided to the extent that the scope of the work is known and an estimate can be provided to the extent that the scope of the work is reasonably foreseeable. To the extent that the work required is not reasonably foreseeable, an applicable scale of fees will be provided.
Translation Matters
- A simple Greek Penal Certificate into English - $62.50 plus GST plus an express post envelope plus GST.
- A simple Greek Marriage Certificate into English - $92.50 plus GST plus an express post envelope plus GST.
- A simple Greek Driver’s Licence into English - $77.50 plus GST plus an express post envelope plus GST.
- A simple Greek Birth Certificate into English - $62.50 plus GST plus an express post envelope plus GST.
- An Australian Death Certificate into Greek - $135 plus GST plus an express post envelope plus GST.
- An Australian Birth Certificate into Greek - $92.50 plus GST plus an express post envelope plus GST.
